AIA’s Chuck Flint joined Real America’s Voice to discuss the threat of proposals to tax unrealized gains.

If implemented, it would require IRS agents to appraise family farms every year and hit owners with tax bills on paper wealth they’ve never touched, forcing them to sell off land just to pay it.
